As an individual, just imagine, a member of your family or your friend suddenly has an accident, suffers an injury or becomes ill… you are there, and they urgently require help and assistance… Wouldn’t you like to have the skills and the confidence to provide the help and assistance they need, in order to ensure you can prevent them from getting any worse? By attending a first aid course, you learn valuable life skills that could enable you to treat many different incidents and injuries, and most importantly, potentially saving a life.

What First Aid training can we provide?

Here at Your Training Health & Safety, we are able to provide a First Aid course appropriate to your needs both in Certified and In-House courses.

By completing our First Aid Requirements Calculator (click here), this will create a report sent to you outlining the number of First Aiders you require as well as which training they should attend.

We are able to provide the following First Aid courses:

• Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Three-day course)
• Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Refresher (Two-day course)
• Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (One-day course)
• In-House Emergency Aid Appointed Persons (One-day course)

All of the certified courses are valid for three years and it is recommended to have an annual refresher to keep your skills and knowledge up to date. If you have completed the First Aid at Work qualification before and your three years are close to expiring, you can attend the two-day First Aid at Work Refresher course instead of the full three-day course. However, if your certificate has expired by over a month you will have to attend the full three days again to remain certified. For those who have attended the one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course, you are required to attend the one-day course every three years to remain certified. For the In-House Emergency Aid Appointed Persons course, this is required to be completed each year to remain competent.
During COVID19 restrictions, please ask us about how we keep you and your staff safely trained and contamination risks down.
